The professional development of teachers is the core of the sustainable development of the school, and the backbone teachers are the backbone of the construction of teachers. In order to give better play to the leading and demonstration role of backbone teachers and promote the professional growth of mathematics teachers, on March 2nd, the mathematics group of the Primary Section launched the ‘Teaching Expers’ Demonstration Classes’ activity, which was participated by five top teachers, starting with ‘Beautiful Countryside’ of Grade One taught by Jiang Yemin, whose class is  lively and interesting with precise and clear language. Other than that, she perfectly combind mathematical knowledge with life practice, and effectively aroused the children’s enthusiasm in learning mathematics and their desire to express mathematical thoughts. Therefore, the children not only mastered the knowledge, but also improved their mathematical thinking ability in the relaxed and pleasant process.
On the whole, the demonstration class activity of the teaching experts not only provides a platform for backbone teachers to showcase themselves, but also creates opportunities for all teachers to observe and learn from each other, exchange and discuss. Additionally, it played a good demonstration role in the transformation of young teachers' educational ideas and the improvement of their professional level, which further promoted the process of teachers' professional growth.
